		<description>@ James: generally I agree that you'd want to go for a top-tier social networking site, but in this case the one remaining one (Facebook) just isn't available.  With Microsoft and Yahoo's combined marketing might, I have no doubt they could take a second tier network and turn it into first tier within one year of purchase.</description>

		<description>Really great ideas, except for purchasing a second-tier social networking site. Given how those work with subscriber feedback loops, etc., I really think you have to have the GE mindset that you're either #1 or #2, or not in the business.</description>
